I just departed all of my planes but I only got money from 20 out of my 100 planes.

Yes it can happen (What's in the Image ) due to latency but not as he described(Only getting money for certain planes, which is Highly improbable since money is added to the account before the plane actually gets removed from the departure list or changes state , any error would result into the plane not leaving the ground , and the Game does Actually Inform you that it occured ( A Yellow Colored notification that Plane/s wasn't able to depart ).
I have departed 155 planes but only the last first 20 showed up on the Finances and got added to my account. Closing the Client and re-opening updated everything to their correct value.
