you need to make each hero useful in their own capacity. the issue with the current state of the game is that some CC is more useful than others. You overjacked elora with a fear and a grip, and nno matter what you do to her, she will be broken. If you want to fix her, reduce the fear duration significantly.

Each hero should add some element of crowd control to the game. As an example, masamune's throwing stars could stun air born targets and mark them so they take extra damage from ally heroes.

Obsidian has some real potential with his stuns, maybe when rock buddies die they explode and stun everything around it., give him more rock buddies, so every time his ability is used, he gets 4 rock buddies, or he stuns the whole map, or something.

Each hero must have a unique usefulness, or you will always have a broken meta, elora, hogan, broto, etc.

Obsidian should be one of the biggest tanks in the game. That what he looks built for. He should almost be a wall. That would increase his desirability....when compared to lancelot's stopping power and Hogan's attack speed, Obsidian leaves much to be desired. The only thing I see thus far is his ability to hit some flying creatures with his spike power, which in comparison trial running makes him slightly out edge masamuune for last place.

In my comparative runs,, Masamuune was the worst performing hero (at least in the lower ranks where I'm at).
One way to increase his performance might be: When he teleports he could produce a gas cloud that stuns and blinds creatures around him for a longer time....he moves so fast that teleport just seems unneeded, but tossing gas bombs in replacement would be too much like other heroes. Maybe his super power could be more supportive of other heroes by giving himself and other heroes double attack speed?
