ive tried many times to have perfect months comprised of perfect weeks made up of perfect days and the burn out is real. to wake up early, gym, note everything down nutritonally, study japanese, then study cybersec, then make sure to do art, then make sure to do some housework...to do that consecutively really takes a mental strain even if I physically could do it. I could feel it in everything as a kind of underlying fatigue accumulated

I don't think studying for ccna is bad if you feel confident with cpts but if youre even a little shaky on some stuff maybe to just nail it down than change focus too much. but if your ccna studies interlap with cpts it could be good

study some ccna, then go back to cpts and hammer it in

vice versa

but everyone is different. and at the end of the day we should do whatever tf we want and only listen to ourselves if we feel it helps us
