There's already so much to memorize in the course (and plenty of just little small bits) that you're not going to be able to remember everything in the course. If you add on to that boxes/prolabs with a bunch of other material that may or may not be in the course, you're just adding more for you to potentially go down rabbit holes.

just do the CJCA path and take that exam. gives beginner skills from both sides. its really important to understand some red as a blue teamer. not just theorycraft.
