You don't wanna learn every tool, what you wanna do is learn tools specific to your goal, just find a cert relevant to your goal, for instance CPTS for pentesting. And do it, it'll teach you various tools you need to know. Outside of that you gotta research tools on your own. Learning Paths wont have every perfect tool and arent usually updated when a new nicer tool comes out.
