nah fundamentals in academy are probably more important, can do alot before you need coding, but only real big area coding helps it being able understand cve's and whats happening depending on what your looking at e.g. understanding race conditions in codes or other vulnerabilities, occasionally some will need coding but other then that coding is mostly just for automation and speeding the process up

occasionally its needed but can still do alot with very little if any coding knowledge

plenty of tools exist already to fill the gap

what are your 2 cents on Discord’s planned change to age verification?

Reason I’m asking: from what I understand, they want to either run an automated age check using their inference model, or have you upload a government ID. In hindsight, with the recent Discord breach and reports of government IDs being exfiltrated, that feels pretty scary.

Also, even if this doesn’t roll out everywhere, I could imagine them enforcing age verification for certain topics. “Hacking” isn’t exactly a kids category, so this could end up affecting channels/servers like Hack The Box and similar.

The truth is, the Linux kernel is excellent. The reason for that is people are being PAID to maintain it. Microsoft, google, Amazon, and all the other huge companies account for the vast majority of Linux kernel contributions. They're doing for money.....that's literally why the Linux kernel is so good..
