I don't really agree with what Brath said about CAPE getting you a job. First the job market is trash right now, even for someone with experience like me it's hard to get interviews. I think it's more about networking than anything else. For someone with no experience we want to see a person who is eager to learn. Showing projects of your own self learning, or obtaining certs and going through courses are something i'd look for. but i work for a small business and the engineers actually interview people instead of HR folks.
