Trust me when I say that some random guy with just like, CRTO, often knows significantly more than a CISSP about windows systems. CISSP is a breadth certification, its designed for mangement and GRC roles where you are either engineering or architecting

If you are interested in specialization, i would only get it for the generalization aspects
