I wrote a tool called web2pdf.php that uses PHP on command line to build any webpage into a PDF, preserving navigation.

It works pretty good! 🙂 Could add features to it for if you want to print a website you have to log into, so you can give it a session cookie or something. That one is tricky to figure out.
