I used to do constant analysis of Wordpress modules, static and tree / taint analysis years ago

Landed a load of CVEs with that little workhorse of a script 😄

But yeah.. binary vulnerability tooling and automation.. much more of a challenge

but fun

That all started off with me wanting to reverse engineer how a game from the 90s strung together little clips of audio to generate its backing tracks lol

You could probably literally land CVEs right now just by downloading popular tools and prompt engineering them to death. I do it with IAC projects every day... but they aren't CVEs -- just internal stuff

if there are, they aren't the most up to date copies

but look at that code.. all from a 90s game exe 🤣

Sure it's already there disassembled from Ghidra, but the process of reconstructing and humanising it was pretty fun to achieve
