I don't know much but that's normal. Motherboards are picky about where you put your RAM in order to optimize performance (with dual-channel) and a lot of them won't even run if you didn't set it correctly. From the table if you have 2 ram sticks they need to be in A2 + B2. And they should have the exact same specs in order to activate dual channel (same capacity, speed, etc ideally even the same brand)
