Don’t use the training at all, It’s useless. instead, just run tdm or arms race (arms race is good for learning all weapons) once you start getting better with your aim and more comfortable with your sens work your way to playing defuse to get a feel for round based gameplay (don’t use other people’s “best sensitivity” bs, find your own sens that feels good for you)
