Standoff2 doesn't have an official website to my knowledge. If you mean their Helpdesk, then it is updated. As far as I know it's based off Intercom, so if intercom hasn't updated their template there is simply no reason to update anything in the backend. The game literally has a report button, and you can manually report cheaters on their site. I don't know what else do you want.

Axlebolt aren't some code wizards to implement an impenetrable Anti cheat. You have to snap back to reality.
