Are you even playing this game? You can ask everyone one who's above the gold ranks. They'd all tell you the same. Cheaters aren't getting detected easily. Why should they recommend you to send a video with proof to the support bot? Actually a lot of cheaters have 50+ hours of playtime. So you can see how frequently they actually get banned. They used to get banned almost instantly but that's definitely not the case anymore. In addition, I wouldn't have a problem losing to an actual better player, but losing to a cheating player isn't that great.
