We do care about the cheating situation, it’s just most of the time players won’t or don’t report them, and for the players that do report them just end up complaining about the cheater not being punished fast enough, the support team has other things to deal with and let them take their time to respond to each and every message they get. Axlebolt themselves do also care about fair play which is why Level Based Matchmaking was introduced, though many players don’t like it, it was them who finalized the system.

Other than that just have some patience with the company and also the Support Team, they’re trying their best to make the game better for the players that do care about the game.
