before the LBMM lvl 90 matchmaking in casual lobbies are almost instantaneous give it insta queue to 5secs, now it's averaging 20s to a minute to queue.

I'm level 81
it's a lot harder for me to find a full lobby match in casual defuse.
Usually when i enter defuse mode it will have full lobby 5v5, but after this update it's a maximum 3v3 and most of the time i met the same people.

and when it does get a full lobby it's very sweaty due and frankly sometimes imbalanced in player skill between the teams. mainly queues and Singapore but also queue neighbouring severs like Japan and Hong Kong

- for the players that has been playing for quite a long time, let's say about 50h

We dont consider hours, we consider level. To get experience youll have to spend your hours playing, and the worse you play - the slower you'll get your level. So thats why it depends on account level.
