When trying to create stuff in a lucid dream, you can't just command stuff to appear. You have to BELIEVE it's there. Also, my imagination sucks so I couldn't build a complex mansion

Istg it all looked ai generated, I tried to focus really hard on it cuz it still felt kinda real but an unusual experience

Almost always I have sleeping paralysis when falling asleep instead after waking up, say after like an interval of 5-8 hours

It's caused by sleep deprivation

But seems like many times I had it, I would first be startled awake by some nightmare

Then also seems like brushing teeth before sleep prevents all that 🦕

Another way to get lucid dream is when you get a sleep paralysis, close your eyes and try to fall asleep. The following dream will be lucid

There were some times i was really stressed and having sleep paralysis, peak was around 2 years ago, when I even found myself dreaming, being in the same room, hearing some sort of buzzing noise, with background voices, one being close and saying clear and complete gibberish
