It's really how you're comfortable with the crosshair you're using, sure there are crosshairs out there that are better but its really up to the player's opinion on what he fits in best. My recommendation would be the dot crosshair since its easy to use and versatile on situations where the dot doesn't cover the entire body of the enemy.
