In order to get LASO for Infinite to unlock, you have to start a new save and start from the beginning. Did a rerun of all missions last week to get a “Completed +” on my save but it didn’t pop. An hour ago, I finished a fresh LASO run and it did unlock (finally) so it looks like that is the only way to get it.

Halo 4, why have they not fixed the audio in the final cutscenes?? It's been months at least that the cutscene where you plant the grenade on the didact the dialogue is bugged and only audio is sound effects. The goodbye scene with Cortana is ruined, and as a result the entire playthrough is ruined. FIX THIS 343 IT'S IMPORTANT!
