I've been wondering why the Nabisco promo for Infinite for Monarch/Granular has been so much rarer than say the Monster promo. Monster promo was even older, had 8 codes, and the stuff looked way better while the Nabisco set was only 5 codes and not as visually appealing. Yet the Nabisco stuff has vanished but full code sets for the Monster stuff, while very expensive, are still out there to nab if you desire them, at least.

I think the rarest coatings I have so far is the Adrenal weapon coatings mixed with my Razer themed armor coating

I just like black and green. Well worth the effort after the amount of hoops I had to jump through to get the Monster themed items. Going to specific stores, waiting to get texts back. The easiest one to get was the freaking BR since it was the only one that was straightforward

Yeah, I could have easily bumped that up to 4, only reason I didn't was just cause it's still available to get while willow tea/hcs/plat anniversary are not but you're probably right in that less people have action block overall. I also forgot about the Envy kit which was removed for Optic recently.

HCS Launch > Action Block > Willow Tea. Is what I would have put it as. I don’t really count the kits. If you wanted then I would put that after watchdog. Or remove HCS launch entirely cause I see that skin literally every other game.

Not sure if this is technically the right channel but is 343 done adding pass tense coatings to the game? I mean we had a pass tense coating as an Xbox game pass perk every single month from December up until March. Now all we got is 2 XP boosts and six challenge swaps. Two extra challenge swaps in place of a coating doesn’t seem like enough.

The Jazwares Chief helmet replica is pretty sweet and the Halo CE cover Funko pop is pretty amazing. The helmet has some cool voice lines that are accompanied by random bursts of AR/BR (potentially more weapons) after Chief says a line of dialogue. All in all the scale is cool, nice lights on the sides, but the voice lines are kinda whatever. Not every line of dialogue has a gun shot before or after, but there’s enough in there where it’s kind of weird. Especially with the sound coming out from inside the helmet which doesn’t feel too great on the ears. Scale of the helmet is way bigger than I expected and the stand for it is pretty neat. Would definitely recommend the CE funko though. It comes in a cool case with the cover art against the back and it’s fairly a big case too.

Anyone pick up the special edition of the Halo encyclopedia and have any thoughts on it? I was a dummy and didn’t pre-order so now I have to wait for a restock.

Yeah, my guess is they are beta testing Forge and they are under NDA to not say they are testing it or something. I wouldn't be surprised if the way to get it when Forge comes out would be to have your creation picked for something used in matchmaking like what they did with the helmet in H5.

I don’t think there’s a way to get it right now unless you buy it off a reseller. I remember someone on this thread a few weeks ago mentioning that some coatings are timegated and will be available for everyone at some point.

Guys, which one is better? the series 1 Mc or the series 4 MC?

Series 4 has better details and paint but lacks the series 1 details and also has long neck

And most series 1 MC has articulation problems

So... tolerance and fitting issues.

If you're really worried about that just get the Series 2 version of the Chief.

It's basically the same as Series 1 but with better tolerances between all the joints.
