and with Xbox, controller players simply aren't good enough to do that constantly lol, so it is a more fun game

Like, it's not impossible to use two engines at once for stuff, which we see with CEA and H2A and I believe the recent Ninja Gaiden remaster (Which does use UE5 I believe). But I just don't see HS developing a new game in Blam when they they were moving onto UE5 and then adding UE5 on top of that new Blam game
