The Sequence Mission.

I was collecting collectibles before I started doing the Sequences mission. At one point I came across to a bug that says I’m out of the bound while getting closer to the FOB Lima base and the start of the mission. I figured out how to restart the mission no problem. I’ve completed the first beacon just east of FOB November base retrieving the data. So I was trying to collect the other 3 data from other 3 Beacons using fast travel however I couldn’t collect any data for some reason. Please help.
I was wondering if I haven’t completed River Gate mission yet would affecting this bug? I’ve completed the Annex Ridge mission though.
