cybertrucks are made of stainless steel so no, you don't have to, but it's recommended to clean the steel around 3 - 5 times a year for most cases.
it's not gonna rust or anything tho, same reason deloreans are still around today.

problem with cleaning stainless steel is that you want to clean it in a certain way or fashion to prevent scratching, car washes will 100% overtime scratch the stainless steel and it just won't look as pretty or as shiny anymore cause of it.

as for any other issues that aren't the reason i just listed above that somehow "voids the warranty" or breaks the car somehow no idea, i've always considered tesla the apple of cars so 🤷‍♂️

I've been facing the same pubstomping groups as described in the EU. I'm guessing it's probably due to population. Bias towards dedicated players that are playing nowadays, so they fill in a lot of the slots in bigger modes.
My assumption is based on the repetition of players on teams, and that I can't find any BTB/Squad Battle matches after around 10-11pm, but obviously it varies.

only problem with the warthog is that it's capable of running on water or even salt water on the fly, with current hydrogen cars you have to refuel them with actual hydrogen

besides that & the actual wheels the warthogs use, you could definitely do it
