Haha agreed. H2 was my favorite video game sequel of all time, even more than Mass Effect 2. Halo 2 just kept outdoing itself on a frequent basis throughout the campaign.

It's not that the issue wasn't there, the issue was that the stakes were really bad but not unmanageable. The second and third games upped the ante until it felt closer to truly galactic.
When the fourth game starts with a guy who has the MO of "Turn everyone into robots" and actually has the capability to carry out that plan by the end of the game with ease if it weren't for Plot Armor McGee, it's not exactly a consistent level of power rising over a trilogy.

I bought Jedi Survivor when it came out, cause I had a week off from Uni. Was super hyped. But couldn't play the game cause it was a buggy mess. Then I had exams and assignments for like 2 months, and then when that was done, I was immediately off on a deployment with the Army. So haven't had a time to even touch the game properly yet.

In Israel: holy crap so many, but highlights were Netanya. Jerusalem. Egypt highlights were pyramids and Mt Sinai. Jordan highlight was obviously seeing the Treasury up close.

Israel by far. Being inside the Great Pyramid was definitely a lifetime Top 10 Experiences, but regular life and unfortunately some of the people were not pleasant in Egypt and Jordan.

Well the aforementioned American Colony hotel in Jerusalem was my favorite because of the cool people I met there. It was during World Cup and this group of Lebanese tourists let us watch the game with them. And the cellar/Middle Eastern speakeasy vibe was really cool.
