When you're getting actively shot at, you should try to avoid scoping in, as that'll throw off your aim because of descoping. You can apply the same logic to your attacker. Since they might be scoped in, when you shoot them, they'll get descoped and their aim will get thrown off, giving you a chance to fight back and turn the tables.

if its blurry its because you enabled minimum fps which turns on dynamic resolution scaling to hit a higher fps. if you're trying to hit 100+ on a 3050ti that will be the problem. Assuming you have a 1080p display, turn off DRS and just let your framerate hit the GPU bottleneck
