The developer is incredibly well-funded and splashes out on regular seasons, features, activities, and cosmetics. You're looking at it as trying to fill a position with a good player, not a giant list of "shoots with this % accuracy, executes this % of sprint-slides, etc.". That's where the interviewer's head is at, so you can construct in their head a fulfillment of that large objective without needing to sweat the detailed small hoops. An employer would rather have an ethical, hard-working, adaptable Resource than a specific frankenstein of hyper-specific details.

I've interviewed/trained enough people that I notice where my own head is at when approaching it. There are an infinite number of combinations of industry areas and the unique human being conducting the interview, so you would never be able to predict the perfect list of answers anyway, so free yourself from that worry and just focus on being a good Resource to that employer.

You may never come up with the perfect set of answers to a job listing to specifically be a left striker, but if you simply show you're athletic, the employer is more likely to believe you'll be able to become a good footballer and ultimately striker.
Freeing yourself from the infinite labyrinth of worry about specific answers will unlock the #1 asset in an interview: a clear and calm mind to respond nimbly and personably to questions.

People work with people they like. If the interviewer likes and trusts you as a person, they will be more likely to put you above other candidates who are net equal to you in stats.

My only advice, from the one time I did a job interview (I had a real estate license and you can’t work for yourself you have to have a company sponsor you) is to just say what you like about that particular company and what you enjoy about the field and why you’re excited to work there. (And yes they sponsored me)
