headshots don't deal any extra damage till you pop their shields, (you'll see what I mean by pop shields once you play the game) only after that should you go for a headshot. I find people tend to miss this in the tutorial

Real talk, all the settings with how you play sensitivity wise will always be up to you. Some basics I would do is go into settings, turn your fov to atleast 98 (or higher if possible) and then find motion blur, player lines, and screen shake off.

I personally can't do super slow sensitivity. I use 1600 dpi and .42. I guess mine is a medium speed.
