Well, think of it as access vs premium: either being able to access and pay for any restaurant in the whole food court, or being able to get filet mignon once in a while and you have no choice about when you're able to have it.

basically all the other halo games are either too easy on legendary, or the difficulty just scales up badly

CE is the only game that nails legendary for me
