You just need to look for the icons. Power weapons and the power equipment are designated by special icons. Once picked up, they'll reappear on your HUD within the final 30 seconds of their respawn timer and there will be an audio line from your AI when the weapons/equipment have actually respawned.

This is why Bot Bootcamp needed to be removed in Halo Infinite. There were players boosting EXP by getting over 1000 kills on bots in a single match.

This player is currently not far behind me in the grind and is Platinum career rank.
