The main reason to play halo 4 is basically that it’s bundled in MCC and MCC is good value so might as well play the free game. I wouldn’t say it has much over 5 even campaign/story wise. 5 is relevant to infinite (so it at least leads into a good story) and it’s actually quite fun to kill the enemies in 5. Also it’s just eye candy with all the environments and settings, whereas 4 has aged kinda poorly

The original head of ONI that went through with the whole S-II program at all has long retired, and a new head of ONI was a S-II washout.
Quite a few S-II washouts blame Halsey for doing those experiments on there bodies, crippling for life etc. I believe the new head of ONI does as well.
