So actually they have this like $30 thing on Amazon that's basically a long hair clip in an arc, and you can use it to trim the ends so that it ends up in a good shape. Can also flip your hair over the front of your head and get the under part of the hair that way. A bunch of friends have gotten it and it's saved them a ton on trims and they say it works amazingly. Has a little level inside it too so you can see if it's even.
