I got a neat halo infinite campaign idea. You know how much of a corward grunts are, so maybe if you stand with a single grunt (You just killed its entire team) and tank his shots for a little while. After a while after seeing you arent hurting him, he joins your team, though is 90% likely to betray you in the next fight you get into.

Just a fun idea I pondered while playing the campaign again, it would make alien interactions feel a little better than just genocide

completely forgot I was doing stuff here, but one way they can keep the previous formula and introduce a tact shooter type style would be by keeping vehicles (at the very least some), some games such as Ghost recon breakpoint keep the vehicles within their game even being on the tactical shooter side. Another way would maybe be balancing the weapons to be similar to how Halo guns function, enemy encounters can feel the same with dialogue and as long as the style stays the same I feel like it could 100% work.

Ima guess it'd take a lot of tweeking
