the problem is that the two games are hugely different from one another
when was the last time you saw someone shoulder charge or hover mid-air whilst aiming in Infinite?
if 343 were going to make Infinite even remotely similar to Halo 5, they'd have to change pretty much everything about the game in order to get it to work and to feel similar to Halo 5, and I don't think that's something the community wants tbh

Not exactly that different. Infinite feels like Halo 5 lite, or a down graded version of Halo 5 at best. It's basically a worse version. In fact you can make H5 behave exactly like Infinite just by messing with custom game options.
No idea what the 2nd question was for.
They wouldn't have to change everything about the game at all, increasing the sprint speed back to 20% over it's current 10% implementation goes a long way.

1. It's not incorrect at all, I've proven it myself multiple times on tons of maps.
2. All the maps in Titanfall are built with mech battles in mind, yes modes exist without Titans but they didn't make specialized maps for those modes. They just used the maps already in the game.
   The maps are different because of mech battles & the weapon sandbox, not because of movement. Movement had little to nothing to deal with it.
3. I mean the balance changes are pretty huge, if you haven't noticed them you probably won't notice sprint speed being increased either just saying.
