No, it was fastest in Halo 4 afaik. In reach it lasted the longest and wasn't balanced properly like it is in Halo 4 & 5.
In Infinite they nerfed it for no real reason and it basically made the game play worse, fixing this would benefit Infinite a lot.
Just like they're slowly rebalancing & fixing Infinite's sandbox (for example the Disruptor changes are a W, so were the changes to how grenades & a bunch of other weapons perform overtime)

Weapon changes are one thing, but at this point the maps are already balanced for a certain kind of movement revolving around current speeds and the 9% sprint speed increase. Halo 5 having more advanced movement and mechanics would've justified larger maps.
Here it's a downgrade, I'd imagine to make it more similar to older systems many people are used to.

Not really, they're built around the sandbox, that includes equipment, weapons, etc. All maps can exist fine with the same weapons, equipment, and various other things you can do in the game right now.
Doing a 5-10% increase to sprint (so it can match H5's) actually improves the gameplay flow massively in Infinite on it's base maps right now, there's no negative draw backs to not do it.

I'm not saying Infinite's maps are perfect, but they do take that part into account when being made

No, there's been tons of arguments and disagreements over Infinite's gameplay, that includes sprint speed. Lots of pros heavily dislike the gameplay and simply hate it, which is directly what 343i listens to daily.
Switching things back to how they were keeps the game popular, and Infinite isn't exactly "popular" by any means with it's current formula.

right, 1 it's literally a fact that movement speed in most games is taken into account when creating maps. Maps in Black Ops 3 are completely different from maps in Titanfall 2 because the speed of movement (and a few other things) are vastly different from each other
and 2 it would be weird because I've played Halo Infinite since launch, and to have the speed of sprint suddenly boosted out of nowhere would be weird

The last week I have gone back and played multiplayer on all of the games, I liked halo 5 movement, but hate the loadouts, i really hate halo 4 and their loadouts even more.... halo CE 2 and 3 are amazing but just a little slow and halo infinite has a nice balance between movement speeds of halo 4 and 5.

Opposing Force is more of Half Life plus new weapons, enemies and gameplay mechanics.
Blue Shift is kinda just more of Half Life. It actually has a similar development story to ODST, originally being an addon for a Half Life Dreamcast port that never saw the light of day.

The one above was new orleans and it was just the damndest thing cause I was in the vip line behind a dude with a toy master sword to fit his link cosplay that got siezed and we get through the security checkpoint and onto the con floor and the first thing you see is a booth selling swords/axes/knives. It was the worst example of airport security water bottle thing I'd ever seen.

if you got banned its because you did nothing which is unsupporting conduct. You didnt get reported, the game just bans you if you're doing nothing to contribute (dealing and taking minimal to no damage)
so if your camping strategy was so useless you did nearly nothing at all to contribute, then yeah that's fairly going to get punished

we used to give our dogs fish oil pills to help promote healthy skin and coats
but brutes don't seem very big on hygiene so i imagine many (if not most) could suffer from dry skin issues
