So Hidden Xperia brought up a good Subject, the store is selling coating for individual cores, to which he Tweets of 343 is basically saying no further Cross core is going to be implemented. To just rip the band aid off and tell us the bad news.

But to be honest I am rather SUS over the vagueness and almost silent 343 has had towards Cross core... Like right now at this moment what is the status of it, what's coming next, how soon. Its not like it's some Seasonal DLC hush hush stuff.

Honestly I'm starting to think they may just be Leading us on a little and trying to milk it...

The more cores we get and No Cross core features out means it's going to really tighten down the amount of content dispersed amongst all the cores ..

I don't really see any other way to determine that but for gameplay mechanics. Additionally, in several of the books there is mention and elaboration of the UNSC's use of High Explosive ammunition, in which an additional compound (not elaborated) is mixed with standard gunpowder. So unless a weapon has HE ammunition (e.g. the M6C does not), it's using gunpowder.

Also i have some questions:

  1. whats the most casual mode? i played rumble earlier and i was getting headshotted from across the map. I play QP but CTF isn't my type.. can i CHOOSE which modes i can play within QP? For example i like the one that changes guns, or the control type of game. Also what is this 'new arena' on top of the play lists?
  2. can i change preset to the games or all ppl start with the same weapon and then you can (rarely) find other weapons?

If I had a weekend (IE, short timeframe, quick swaps), I'd add every Infinite class, drop their shields, and randomize sets of armor that you have to shoot off to damage them.

Cross-Core would be very awesome. Have the techsuit, prosthetics, and base ceramic plating be locked to the cores, but then various add-ons and helmets able to be used on any core.

someone made a thread about cross-core and it is at 4k upvotes and 400 comments. reddit mods then made a mega thread and pinned it. So far no response from 343 even though 343 staff do comment on reddit threads quite often. i think the reddit mods are trying to do us a favour so they deserve credit for that
