Player reporting crash with mod when selecting skirmish; CTD is not reproduceable on my end

There is a bug in our lobby interface that should be fixed with next update, meanwhile you need to have at lest one deck for pact and for nato in your mod.

one additional thing, that they are better not to be DLC battlegroup, i think some players reported that crash even after i thought i had fixed it. I replaced those decks with vanilla ones but still unsure whether i have fixed it
