#buff LAW and other light anti tank squad weapons (by making them crit more often)

currently most infantry that are equipped with 13 AP launchers SUCK absolute ASS when fighting tanks or IFV's.
can they kill some IFV's, sure
does it take at least 3 of their 4 rocket rounds, most of the time
and tanks usually move in groups which means teh moment you peak ur inf to take 1 shot it instantly gets demolished even if you try and retreat it.

imo the following should be done:
DONT buff the AP values, some inf squad have better launchers(dedicated kill squads) for a reason,
but imo LAW's and other similar 13 AP launchers should have a higher crit rate when it comes to tracks, engine, optics, or something else i missed.
this would make teams with shitty AT weapons not lethal by themselves but useful in forests so they have a chance to run away from charging tanks, and useful in town bcs they could crit tanks allowing other more dedicated units to finish the job...

effectively its a buff for AT weapons without directly affecting their AP value, (this also reflects IRL strategy) most disposable AT weapons (other than more modern, specialized ones such as the NLAW) are designed to disable a tank, not destroy it outright

What would be the explanation behind that ? And why do it ? As you said, there are dedicated units to go tank hunting, or ones that pay for a better launcher. Low end launchers are here for sideshots or stunning tanks in order to be able to live

LAWS (not the weapon itself but most small AT weapons) are good at destroying vehicles but cant actually penetrate a take to cook it off, unless specialized rounds are used... or shot from above where armor is thin... ergo IRL they are sued to disable tanks/ immobilize them

this would also let inf retain their advantage in a forrest instead of being rolled by tanks, currently tanks can out run inf in a forrest, so if u try and shoot and scoot they just charge u and roll over u

i mean... idk imo its a good way to buff low AP inf without making their acc or AP launchers OP. no extra ammo needed or higher AP

just makes them more effective/ annoying to charge with tanks that can eat front shots... the way its made rn, in are super squishy cuz they basically get stun locked even after firing the first shot
