currently most infantry that are equipped with 13 AP launchers SUCK absolute ASS when fighting tanks or IFV's.
can they kill some IFV's, sure
does it take at least 3 of their 4 rocket rounds, most of the time
and tanks usually move in groups which means teh moment you peak ur inf to take 1 shot it instantly gets demolished even if you try and retreat it.
imo the following should be done:
DONT buff the AP values, some inf squad have better launchers(dedicated kill squads) for a reason,
but imo LAW's and other similar 13 AP launchers should have a higher crit rate when it comes to tracks, engine, optics, or something else i missed.
this would make teams with shitty AT weapons not lethal by themselves but useful in forests so they have a chance to run away from charging tanks, and useful in town bcs they could crit tanks allowing other more dedicated units to finish the job...
effectively its a buff for AT weapons without directly affecting their AP value, (this also reflects IRL strategy) most disposable AT weapons (other than more modern, specialized ones such as the NLAW) are designed to disable a tank, not destroy it outright
