If you verified on the website but it's not working, you are most likely logged into the wrong account on the website. Log out and then follow the steps below. On mobile you can find the log out button by clicking the three lines in the top right

Then:

• Go to discord.com to log in
• Then, on the same browser page, copy and paste this link in to go to verify - https://dankmemer.lol/newplayer
• It shouldn't ask you to completely log into discord since you're already logged in and should just ask you to accept linking your account.
• Follow the instructions to verify
