Okay, that 2nd gray screen is a discord message saying discord also wants you to verify your account.
If your account is already verified, it may be wanting you to verify an alt account that you had logged in previously. Sometimes you can accidentally be logged in on a different account on browser than on the app.
You can either try to verify any accounts you have, or try logging in with an incognito or private browser to see if it is your main account that needs to be verified or not. Well yeah this is my alt account since I can't use my main account because it requires a phone number verification and I have a Turkish number which it won't work on discord since it's banned
Can you just remove or disable the verification for me ?

No, verification is required and we won't remove it for you.
What I am saying is the website is logged into your alt most likely, so discord is asking you to verify. If you fix it so you're logged into the correct account on the website, the message will go away most likely and you can just finish verifying on dank.

No, go to discord.com on a private or incognito browser.
Log into the account you are on right now.
Then, on the same browser page, copy and paste this link in to go to verify - https://dankmemer.lol/newplayer
It shouldn't ask you to completely log into discord since you're already logged in and should just ask you to accept linking your account.
Follow the instructions to verify or complete the captcha.
If it is the other account that discord is trying to verify, doing what I say above should work for you
