hey, NPCs have a chance to spawn every time you catch a fish. The chance can be increased with fish skills.

Each NPC is only available at a single location on a UTC day. At UTC midnight they can switch to a different location. The pinned message in the fisherfolk channel in DMC is always updated with where they are currently at

Is there a way to predict or know where they are ?

where they are now is pinned in #1222596721029156965. They'll switch locations at <t:1770249600:t> every day. There's no way to know where they'll be tomorrow, but the pinned message will be updated

with the magnetic personality II skill you can also see the location they're currently at when starting to travel
