Is it logging you into the wrong account on the website or what are you seeing when you try to go to complete the captcha?

So the website links to whatever discord account is logged in on that browser. Even if you are on a different account on the discord app - when it opens in the browser, it can be logged into other discord accounts.

Click on the three lines in the top right and log out, then follow the steps below:

Go to discord.com to log in to the account that needs to complete the captcha
Then, on the same browser page, copy and paste this link for captcha - https://dankmemer.lol/captcha
It shouldn't ask you to completely log into discord since you're already logged in and should just ask you to accept linking your account.
Follow the instructions to complete the captcha.

Make sure you type in the address bar each time so you are on the same browser. If you click from discord, it can open in different browsers depending on settings
