Is there a way to disable Robbing and Bank Robbing for a server without having to go Premium to do so? It seems both strange to enable that by default and stranger to lock it behind premium.

Hey, that icon symbolizes server ownership, not premium.
Some other settings can also be changed by administrators. Enabling/disabling robbing is something only the owner can do

Ah I see! I will find and work with the server owner and see if they can do the disabling.
