Is there a way to encounter empowered fart while being bank robbed

Unfortunately you cannot use any command if being bank robbed while empowered farts.
There encounters.

1. Always share your alts account as bank if you don't wanna being bank robbed
2. Passive mode on.
3. Never too much banks values like 1b+
4. Leave server immediately if they tried bankrobbing you (small chances to prevent bankrob)

Empowered fart is favorite robbers want to bankrob any bank user

The person above has some good tips, but leaving the server won't stop an active heist. The best option is enabling passive mode in /settings

Correct, having it enabled before you get heisted. Trying to enable it during a heist won't help
