Reddish-Purplish Tint when booting game.

Whenever I boot up the game, this is what shows and will stay in this reddish-purplish light throughout the game.

Have already tried reinstalling and tweaking the settings a bit and found that changing the Reflection Quality at least once will get rid of this blinding light, but the tint still remains after.
