RX550 is a relatively weak GPU with only 2gb of VRAM, so it looks like you're running out of VRAM and the game is culling animations to handle it. try reducing some memory-intensive settings like Texture quality and shadows, and maybe even lower the render resolution.

where and the dxdiag? , the problem started 3 days ago seems to me

press the windows button and type dxdiag, then hit enter
it should open the dxdiag window, there you will have a button in the bottom left to 'Save all information'
which will create a text file with your full system specs
just drop that file here

your drivers are fairly recent, but still a couple months behind, so it's worth updating those just to make sure, but other than that your system should technically handle the game on low settings. 2gb VRAM is very low for a GPU nowadays but it should work.
i asked Robert to take a look at this thread as well, he may know more than me about potential causes of something like this
