Kinda like the title says. Not sure wether that might be planned way down the track or not but i saw the Nuke symbol on the support menu and got to thinking.
It would be pretty cool if we could get nukes. Could have some mechanic where you only get them after so many days or some type of Zombie amount threshold tho + plus it could be stupid expensive with the support cost. IDK but like $1million or something. Also i would think it would be like a small tactical nuke type where its a small detonation radius etc.
Then after you use it basically everyone (factions) permantently turns hostile against you and sends active attacks etc. Just an idea but i think it would be cool way on later down the track.

I think that nukes are a failure for the CERC. The whole point that they were activated is to contain and prevent it from getting to the point that a nuke has to be dropped

What If we make it into a second victory award.
Where instead of killing patient zero you focus on evacuation and saving a certain percentage of the total population. By the time the evacuation goal is achieved CERC discovers that the leviathans and raven are getting hard to contain so you are authorized to use the nuke.

I’m pretty sure in the lore the CERC wants to save the city and the nuke would only be a last case scenario
