Some clutter not dissapearing completely

i think this issue is purely camera based. if you dont look from top down the game sometimes thinks your trying to place it in the area or on buildings etc. sometimes all it takes is to rotate your camera or scroll wheel. get back to me on this cause i might be able to help with it. @winter zenith

Just a visual thing which i dont really care about (the hitboxes of the buildings prbbl dont reach the top container) just reporting anything that seems like it shouldnt be dont really care myself if this gets fixed soon or months later.
