The pins are just buttons, not enamel pins, and the shirt looks like all the other merch shirts they had for sale. It’s not really unique.

You can try but stuff sells out and you can be ushered out

And if it’s a big venue it can be hard to get to merch but I don’t think Europe venues are as big correct me if I’m wrong
