The Mid area is located inside The Secret. It’s a U-shaped cave with rocky roofs and ice sheets. There are likely many ways to get inside but the first discovered entrance is through the roof right above miniature Kami.
Once inside you’ll need to circumnavigate the “snow globe” by aid climbing until you can reach a small hole to rappel into.
Once through the hole you’ll have entered the U-shaped cave. There is climbing to be done in here. Sadly, it’s really not worth the effort.

I think this is one of my favourite spots so far the glow of everything and the ice looks awesome

It’s an adventure but it doesn’t feel like the routes are long enough or end anywhere specific. I’m glad I finally got in to see it, and perhaps there is more to it than I’ve found, but what I’ve seen thus far just doesn’t feel great. The aid-climbing you have to do to get around also is a time sap.
Explore it someday, maybe you’ll find more than I did.
