Sometimes the flavored cokes are so overpowering that you gotta remind yourself it's coke, sometimes it's so subtle you have to remind yourself it's not original flavor, this one leans towards the latter, but kinda sits in the middle. Which is good because orange cream is an easy flavor to overdo

Heating pretty much anything changes the flavor. Milk is predominantly fats and proteins with some natural sugars. Also if red those instructions right there's chicory in it. Granted I have no reference for how that tastes. But I'm glad you enjoyed it

The way a percolator typically works is you put the grinds into a filter on the top and the water in the bottom as the water boils (percolates) it goes up the tube in the centre and into the grinds above which drips the coffee into the area below
The electric ones typically have a timer that shops this process on its own but I assume a stove top one you’d have to monitor yourself
Just be careful because the Pyrex can and will shatter
